Tomaž Sotošek, a food technology graduate, loved spending time in his family's kitchen for as long as he can remember. It was there that he created his first pralines, a Christmas gift to his then-girlfriend and now wife, Jasmina. Rather than being committed to memory, this heartfelt gesture sparked the idea of founding a chocolate atelier. Today, this rural chocolaterie is a sweet addition to the story of the Passero Estate. In his new surroundings in Prekmurje, Tomaž found inspiration for creating new chocolate products. He is proud of his homemade products, which have won several awards.
