The slovETNO socks feature a motif of an alpine flower described in the legend of Zlatorog as having healing powers.
Its design is inspired by the ancient Slavic symbol of sun and the goddess Lada. It represents eternity and magical protection. The Slovenian alpine flower grows on rocky terrain, predominantly in the Julian Alps, and blooms from June to August. It is closely tied to the legend of Zlatorog (golden-horned chamois), in which it possesses miraculous healing powers: when the mythical Zlatorog is wounded by a hunter, flowers grow from his blood. Upon eating them, Zlatorog's wounds are miraculously healed, and he regains his strength.
